Our jacket kettles are manufactured from high grade stainless steel, with manometer, safety valve. All product contact surfaces are polished to be sanitary and for easier cleaning. Product outlets can be a variety of sizes in the bottom-center with easy-to-use sanitary tri-clamps, which allows easy connection to pumps, filling machines, or whatever the next step is in your process.

We manufacture its kettles with a very efficient hemispherical-bottom design that focuses heat transfer toward a central focal point within the product. The hemispherical-bottom design is also well suited to a wide range of agitation. We can design in the most efficient agitation for your particular process, to include:

           Single motion with  "paddle"  type agitator

       One-way motion with scrapers (scraping the bottom)

      Two-way motion with scrapers (scraping the bottom)

       Single or multiple agitators (on axis)
